Wink Bingo performs well for 888 Holdings

Wink Bingo it seems is one of the most popular bingo rooms in the United Kingdom. In its quarterly report today, the owners of the vibrant bingo product, 888 Holdings have indicated that payment for the bingo room would be in the upper reaches of the estimate for the earn out period. The room which was bought by 888 in December 2009 has been run by the original team and the earn out period reportedly comes to an end at the end of March 2011.

In comments on its 2010 fourth quarter release 888 Holdings had the following to say "The trading performance of the Wink Bingo business, acquired in December 2009, has been strong and exceeded the Board's expectations. While the earn out period is yet to end on 31 March 2011, the Board expects that the earn out payment, payable in May 2011, will be at the upper end of the earn out range. The Board is in advanced discussions with the Wink Bingo vendors in relation to the structure and timing of such a payment to ensure that the group meets its obligations."
