Ladbrokes Signs Up Microgaming for Spain and Denmark

UK bookmakers, Ladbrokes has announced a tie up with software providers Microgaming to provide casino and poker software for the Spanish and Danish markets.

Adam Greenblatt, Director of Corporate and Strategic Development said, “We have a strong relationship with Microgaming and our players have always reacted well to their products; we are pleased to be working with them as we target new licences in Spain and Denmark, markets familiar to Ladbrokes already.”

The Spanish site will launch as LBApuestas.es in January 2012 once the licensing process has been completed.

Ladbrokes and Microgaming have had a long standing relationship and this move is a follow on to the two companies renewing their partnership earlier in 2011, albeit under renegotiated terms.

Microgaming Head of Business Development Andy Clucas said, “We have had a long and successful relationship with Ladbrokes and are delighted to be entering these two exciting markets with them. Once granted a licence, Ladbrokes will be able to offer the most competitive range of products.”
