EuroMillions lottery operator, Camelot, have confirmed that a £1 million fortune lies unclaimed and relates to a line of numbers purchased in central Bedfordshire and is urging players to check their lottery tickets.

When a EuroMillions ticket is purchased in the UK, you entered into the Millionaire Raffle which guarantees a millionaire every week and the unclaimed prize is the raffle drawn on 9th July with the winning code ZSW270497. The unclaimed amount will be held till the 5th January 2011 after which the amount will be added to the Good Causes fund. To date, Camelot has raised £24 billion for Good Causes.

There are many other EuroMillions prizes waiting to be claimed. A second tier prize worth £263,598 was won on 11th June with the winning combination of 2, 22, 24, 36, 44 and Lucky Stars 1, 2. The ticket was purchased in the Portsmouth and Southsea area. On 25th June another second tier prize was won worth £267,525 with the numbers 1, 8, 18, 28, 31 and the Lucky stars 8 and 9 in the Islington and City of London area.

A National Lottery spokesman said: "We're desperate to find both these mystery ticket-holders and unite them with their winnings - these amazing prizes could really make a huge difference to somebody's life."
